What does Vithal Trading specialize in?
Vithal Trading is an international jewelry trading company dealing in natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and color stones such as moissanite, emerald, ruby, and sapphire.
We offer a wide range of K18 gold jewelry (yellow, white, and pink gold) and platinum pieces, available for both wholesale and individual customers.
Where is Vithal Trading located?
We have branches in Tokyo (Ginza, Ueno Okachimachi, Misuji), Nagoya, and Hong Kong.
Who can buy from Vithal Trading?
We welcome all customers — jewelry retailers, wholesalers, designers, and individuals. No business license or reservation is required.
What types of jewelry do you offer?
We offer rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets made with natural or lab-grown diamonds, gemstones, and color stones set in 18K gold or platinum. In the website we only provide lab grown diamond.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Yes. All diamonds come with gemological certificates such as Tokyo Hoseki Report, GIA, or IGI
How can I place an order or request a quotation?
You can contact us via our website inquiry form or email. Please include product type, carat weight, metal, and quantity.
Can I see all your products on the website?
Not all designs are listed, as we release new collections regularly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, AliPay, and WeChat Pay.
Do I need to reserve before visiting the store?
No reservation is needed — you can visit anytime during business hours.
What are your delivery options?
- Japan: Free delivery nationwide.
- International: Shipping will be free if the order is above ¥100,000
Do you participate in jewelry exhibitions?
Yes, we exhibit in major international shows including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Dubai, New York, and more. You can see the list of the exhibiting countries in the respective page.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.
Returns are also accepted in cases of verified defects or order errors.
Are your jewelry pieces handmade or machine-made?
Our pieces are crafted using both modern precision techniques and hand finishing by skilled artisans.
Can I customize a jewelry design?
Yes. We offer custom orders and can create 3D CAD renderings based on your request.
Do you provide wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer special wholesale pricing for bulk and business orders. Please inquire through email.
Can I become a distributor or partner?

How long does delivery take?
All delivery will take 20-25 days to deliver

Yes, every item comes with an invoice and certificate of authenticity or grading.

Yes. We offer a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Repairs unrelated to manufacturing issues (such as wear and tear or customer damage) can be serviced for an additional fee.
